Josh Mailman is Founder and Managing Director of Serious Change L.P., a $100M sole L.P. impact investment vehicle started in 2006. He serves on the board of the following non-profits: the Mailman School of Public Health, Echoing Green, and the Fund for Global Human Rights, the Sigrid Rausing Trust U.K. (founding trustee and rejoining board member).
Josh founded Social Venture Network with Wayne Silby of Calvert Group in 1987. He also started the Threshold Foundation (1981) and Business for Social Responsibility (1992).
Monica Winsor is an independent consultant to individuals and organizations with systems change approaches to social and environmental justice around the world, with a focus on poverty alleviation, the rights of women and girls and West Africa. She is Chair of The Garrison Institute, Chair of the Batonga Foundation, Trustee of The Synergos Institute and Chair of the advisory board of Synergos’ Global Philanthropy Circle. Monica is also Trustee of The William H. Donner Foundation and Donner Canadian Foundation.
Previously, Monica was a founding vice chair of Women Moving Millions and co-founded the Inspired Philanthropy Group. Monica is a graduate of Brown University and a certified Yoga teacher.
Josh and Monica live in New York City with their three children.
